Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Gatehouse Attendant (Night) to monitor access for shipping/receiving and perform data entry and report distribution. You will review logs, communicate with staff, and support security procedures to maintain operational standards.

The role requires basic data-entry skills, familiarity with Excel, and the ability to work 12:45PM-9:15PM, Monday through Friday in Albuquerque, NM. A high school diploma or equivalent is expected. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3 months of work-related experience or combination of education and experience
• Food service industry experience preferred
• Computer and data-entry skills with Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret rules and guidelines
• Basic data entry (10-key by touch) skills
• Ability to learn and use internal applications
• Basic math, rate, ratio, percent, and ability to draw/interprete bar graphs
• Able to work in extreme temperatures (cold and hot)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High School graduate or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipping/receiving access control for security and safety
• Perform data entry and report distribution to support BEK operations
• Review logs and documentation to ensure daily activities are completed timely
• Communicate with personnel to fulfill duties accurately and efficiently
• Support security procedures for a safe work environment, and perform other duties as directed
