Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Center Supervisor in Coppell, TX to lead hourly staff, plan department work, and drive performance while ensuring safety and quality. You will partner with center leadership to deliver exceptional service and efficiencies.

You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and using operational reports to optimize outcomes, embracing a growth mindset and fostering teamwork across all levels of staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds by hand.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and manage hourly associates to meet performance goals, productivity, accuracy and quality control standards.
• Lead daily, weekly and monthly planning of departments.
• Participate in hiring, training and coaching of associates; use reports to evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment Center leadership to meet guidelines and drive success.
• Promote safety practices and foster Staples' safety culture.
