Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Center Supervisor to lead hourly associates and drive performance across planning, accuracy, and safety at our California facility. You will partner with Fulfillment Center leaders to delight customers, reduce costs, and model safe, efficient operations daily.

You will hire, train and coach staff, review operations reports, and implement process improvements. Strong communication, WMS familiarity and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds are essential in

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1+ year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry up to 70 pounds by hand.

Responsibilities

Lead hourly associates to meet performance goals, productivity, accuracy, and quality.
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly departmental activities to stay on task.
Hire, train and coach associates; use reports to evaluate performance.
Collaborate with Fulfillment Center leadership to ensure safe, efficient operations.
Uphold safety culture and safe work practices across the team.
