Job summary
Staples in Coppell, TX seeks a Fulfillment Center Team Manager (2:00pm–10:00pm, Mon–Fri) to lead hourly associates and drive operational excellence. You will partner with managers to delight customers with outstanding service, while reducing costs and improving efficiency.
Focus on safety, training, and teamwork to meet daily, weekly, and monthly plans, in a dynamic warehouse environment. The role requires change management, strong communication, and a growth mindset to continuously improve
Qualifications
- Ability to manage through change and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and teamwork across all levels.
- Familiarity with Fulfillment/Distribution technology (WMS).
- Ability to promote a strong safety culture in the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Lead hourly associates to meet performance, productivity, accuracy and quality targets.
- Oversee daily, weekly and monthly department planning in collaboration with FC Operations Manager.
- Ensure safety practices and safety culture are embedded in daily work.
- Drive customer-focused outcomes and operational excellence across shifts.
