Job summary

You will plan daily, weekly, and monthly workloads, coach staff, participate in hiring and training, and use Fulfillment technology to monitor performance. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer-focused outcomes within the Fulfillment Center leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legal.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds by hand.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly associates to meet performance goals, productivity and quality.
• Plan daily, weekly and monthly department workloads and staffing.
• Participate in hiring, training and coaching of associates.
• Use operational reports to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment Center leadership to achieve goals.
• Uphold safety practices and foster Staples' safety culture.
