Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is a local-fulfillment center where team members fulfill orders for delivery through the DoorDash app. This role involves picking and packing orders, managing inventory and shelf life, and keeping the warehouse organized, while ensuring substitutions are approved with customers.

Compensation includes base pay with shifts up to 50 lbs lifting in refrigerated areas, plus benefits starting Day 1 for full-time staff and PTO/sick leave.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliability, positivity and team orientation are essential.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Attention to detail and focus on fresh food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking and shelf-life control.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Delight customers by ensuring approved substitutions.
