Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating a front-end loader is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a front-end loader (CAT 980M) and load trucks with proper weight distribution.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and complete inspection reports.
• Support plant operations and general upkeep to help maintain safety and efficiency.
• Operate additional equipment as needed and follow MSHA safety guidelines.
