Responsibilities
- Process credit card transactions and daily revenue.
- Handle phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
- Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability.
- Prepare folios for departing guests.
- Maintain lobby appearance and common areas.
- Monitor safety and emergency procedures during the night.
