Job summary

Allied Universal in Nashville, TN seeks a Security Officer Reception Operations Full Time to serve as a front desk presence, greet visitors, verify credentials, and manage access at a commercial real estate site.

You will monitor lobby activity, respond to incidents with calm professionalism, and collaborate with building staff to uphold safety. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required; Guard Card preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer or tablet usage is preferred.
• Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and building staff.
• Staff the front desk and manage visitor access by greeting guests and issuing badges.
• Monitor lobby activity and building systems; report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Assist with tenant and visitor inquiries and deter unauthorized access.
