As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will be a welcoming, visible presence, assisting visitors, managing access, monitoring activity, and responding to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will use computer or tablet systems to support daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and building staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.


• Staff the front desk and manage visitor access by greeting guests, verifying credentials, issuing access badges, and maintaining accurate visitor records.


• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and relevant building systems, reporting suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.


• Assist with tenant and visitor inquiries, provide directions, and help to deter unauthorized access within the commercial property.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• A Guard Card or license is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
