Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a Full Time Front Desk Security Officer in Albuquerque, NM. You will manage site access, greet employees and visitors, and maintain visitor records in a technology-focused office location.

You will monitor cameras and alarm systems, respond to incidents professionally, and support a welcoming lobby environment while providing excellent service and clear communication to staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused office location while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Monitor entry points, alarm panels, cameras, and other security-related systems from the reception area, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and communication protocols.
• Assist with directing guests, handling incoming inquiries, and supporting a professional, welcoming lobby environment.
