Qualifications

• Be at least 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted per federal/state/local laws.
• Criminal history considered in a fair, lawful manner.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Manage front desk and visitor reception activities, including greeting guests, verifying identification, maintaining visitor records, issuing access credentials, and directing visitors according to site procedures.
• Monitor access to the facility through the front desk, observe activity, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and communicate relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
