Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Front Desk Security Officer for Visitor Registration in Concord, CA. You will welcome visitors, verify IDs, issue badges, monitor lobby activity, and maintain accurate records while delivering high‑level customer service in a professional security environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of security experience, and CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. You will work the overnight full-time schedule at a financial institution with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at the front desk of a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures and security policies.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records and communicate access-related concerns to site contacts.
• Monitor lobby activity and security systems, report unusual activity and equipment issues.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
