Concord Hospitality is hiring a Night Auditor for the 11pm–7am shift at our HAM Cleveland property. This front desk role places you at the hub of guest interactions, balancing the day’s transactions, checking guests in and out during non‑traditional hours, and assisting with morning closeouts.

The night team works with limited supervision to maintain safety and service, monitor alerts and weather issues, and uphold our guest‑first culture.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or customer service oriented
• Willingness to work overnight shifts

Responsibilities

• Process nightly transactions and balance daily revenue
• Verify room availability and manage check-ins/outs
• Prepare folios and review guest accounts
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup
• Understand and apply hotel emergency procedures
