Qualifications

• Must demonstrate warmth, hospitality, and a customer-first mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities for residents, families, and guests.
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to build meaningful connections and maintain a welcoming front desk presence.
• Comfort with overnight shift and independent work.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
