This on-site role offers the opportunity to coordinate transportation, assist with mail and deliveries, and support event scheduling while contributing to a positive resident experience and daily operations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents/guests, manage phones, and handle requests with polish and care.
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized; assist with mail, deliveries, and supplies.
