Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Night Auditor to assist guests from the front desk, the hub of our hotel, during the overnight shift. You will help close out the day, check guests in or out during non-traditional hours, and monitor activity and weather to ensure guest safety.

A proactive, responsive, and caring approach will make a meaningful difference in guest experiences. This role also emphasizes independence and reliability while contributing to a welcoming culture.

Responsibilities

• Process credit card transactions and other charges for the day.
• Handle phone system, transferring calls, reservations.
• Verify, balance and review hotel room availability.
• Perform Check-in and Check-out procedures.
• Administer guest payment policies and look for errors from the day shifts.
• Prepare folios for the morning departing guests.
• Maintain overall lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast set up if needed.
• Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures.
