Responsibilities

• Perform daily audit functions for front office and outlets.
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors.
• Back‑up front office computer system and night audit daily.
• Rebuild front office system, reservations and related computer maintenance as needed.
• Follow management company accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Manage all front desk functions including check‑ins, check‑outs, payments, reservations, PBX operation, and guest directions.
• Provide prompt, warm, courteous, professional guest service.
