Planet Fitness Fort Wayne is seeking an Overnight Front Desk team member who is energetic and passionate about health and fitness. You will greet members, handle inquiries, conduct tours, and assist with rate reviews while keeping the club clean and welcoming.

The role requires basic computer skills, reliability, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. We offer growth opportunities and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and written/verbal communication.
• Service-oriented with reliable punctuality and flexibility.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and TMs in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Follow verbal and written communications and scripts.
• Use technology to service members and certify CPR/AED.
• Operate and explain exercise equipment to members.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, locker area, and club spaces.
• Follow safety and sanitization guidelines; perform other duties.
