Qualifications

• At least six months of warehouse experience.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to work ten+ hour shifts with occasional overtime.
• Ability to operate the necessary equipment.
• Lift 30–70 lbs and stand/walk up to 12 hours.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Examine contents and compare with records to verify incoming shipment accuracy.
• Record shipment data into the system including weight, space, damages, and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle/directed counting and address shortages or damages.
• Monitor warehouse management system for open invoices.
• Support smooth flow from receiving to shipping and communicate issues.
• Label pallets and verify inbound freight against purchase orders; report discrepancies.
