Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Freezer Incentive Lift Operator at our York, PA facility. You will operate a stand-up forklift/reach truck, manage inventory with a handheld device, and support safe, efficient cold-storage fulfillment.

The full-time, first-shift role offers pay at $19/hour plus incentive pay, with benefits, weekly pay, and room for growth as you help feed local communities.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Previous experience on reach truck/stand up forklift required.
• Strong sense of safety and ability to follow standard safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand up forklift/reach truck to transport merchandise in the warehouse.
• Accurately track inventory using a handheld computer and other tech.
• Stack and rotate merchandise manually or with equipment.
• Replenish pick slots and production lines for timely order fulfillment.
• Stage finished product in designated storage areas.
• Load and unload merchandise from trailers.
• Follow all forklift safety protocols.
