Job summary

Sysco NorthEast Payroll, a division of Sysco Resources Services, LLC, is seeking a Loader/Unloader for night shifts in the Northeast RDC. You will unload and load product from trailers, operate forklifts and reach trucks, and follow PWMs to ensure safe, accurate handling in freezer, cooler, and dry areas.

The role requires teamwork, adherence to safety rules, and the ability to read instructions. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with six months warehouse experience and reach truck

Qualifications

• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must pass a functional capacity test.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Material handling equipment certification required or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound product from trailers using PWMs and load them onto the dock per instructions.
• Load product onto trucks according to truck mapping and special instructions; ensure load stability and balance.
• Operate forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks safely; maintain clean, safe work areas and follow safety policies.
