Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and ability to pass forklift certification.
• Reads, writes, and speaks English effectively; strong math skills.
• Ability to assess situations and prioritize safety while supporting operations.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily pre-shift meetings and team stretching.
• Operate forklift in a safe, efficient, and productive manner.
• Complete daily forklift inspections; report defects.
• Ship and receive products; perform Quality Reassurance Checks (QRC).
• Identify and address safety issues on the warehouse floor.
• Maintain documentation and paperwork accurately.
• Fulfill customer orders, including special instructions.
• Collaborate with office staff to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse; report damages.
• Promote a team-oriented work environment and GMP compliance.
• Adhere to safety policies and perform other duties.
