Job summary

Franklin Logistics is hiring a Forklift Operator in Chambersburg, PA. You will load and unload trailers, operate various forklifts, and move goods across Kriner and Guilford Springs sites with RF scanners for accuracy.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of warehouse and forklift experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. This is a full-time, on-site role with weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with warehouse experience.
• 1 year forklift experience (5k or higher) required.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted and work across multiple site locations.
• Pre-hire drug screening; background screening not conducted.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts including 5K, 12K, and 15K models.
• Load/unload trailers and process shipments with RF scanners.
• Pick loads, rack put-away, and unload rail cars or paper rolls.
• Maintain safety, perform forklift inspections, and uphold housekeeping.
