Job summary

48forty-Solutions, LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Relogistics site in Shippensburg, PA. You will move pallets, support production, and assist with loading and unloading customer trailers, ensuring pallets are sorted and pallets repaired as needed. The role requires 1-3 years forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the possibility of overtime.

Certification is preferred. You'll work on first or second shift with rotating biweekly schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 1–3 years forklift experience.
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in labor-intensive environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging areas using forklift equipment.
• Operate forklifts with safety procedures at all times.
• Hand-sort wooden pallets when required.
• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
