Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a forklift operator to move and manage merchandise within the club, loading and unloading from delivery trucks, inspecting equipment, and assisting with safe pallet handling. You will contribute to efficient daily operations and maintain a clean, organized club environment for Members.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, receiving shipments, and providing friendly assistance to Members while adhering to safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior forklift operating experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operates a forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
• Inspects forklifts prior to use and follows safety standards.
• Loads and unloads merchandise and materials to and from delivery trucks.
• Inspects and prepares delivery trucks for unloading.
• Receives merchandise and materials accurately.
• Transports merchandise and pallets around the club.
• Greets Members and provides prompt, courteous service.
