Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Forklift Operator in Findlay, Ohio for a night shift on a 12-hour rotating schedule (2/2/3), from 5:54 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Weekly pay starts at $22.35 per hour with an additional $0.75 shift differential for night shifts and benefits from day one including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match. The role involves material handling, loading and stacking, and moving goods to support production lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, quality, GMP policies and company procedures.
• Perform safety lift truck inspections and battery checks; report issues.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects.
• Support production lines by moving materials and loading/unloading pallets.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and produced.
• Relieve teammates for breaks and lunches as needed.
• Communicate shift totals and machine totals to supervisors.
