Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Forklift Operator based in LakeLand, FL. The position operates a forklift on a day shift from 7am to 7pm with a starting pay of $21.25 per hour.

The role involves loading, moving, and staging pallets, assisting production lines, and maintaining accurate material records to support continuous operation. Responsibilities include performing safety checks, reporting equipment issues, and supporting inventory and warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• Good attendance and punctuality are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including with internal and external customers.
• Able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and maintaining customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move pallets of finished product to stretch wrap machines and staging areas.
• Supply production lines with materials and move finished goods to the warehouse.
• Complete line driver reports with locations and quantities of raw materials and finished goods.
• Assist production during breaks and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Perform safety inspections and report equipment issues to supervision.
