Qualifications

• Current forklift operator certificate or 1 year of previous experience.
• Efficient with a drive to get things done.
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing/prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Focus on personal safety and safety of others.
• Good oral communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move packaging material, waste, finished goods and load trailers.
• Perform daily forklift pre-inspection and report non-conformances to maintenance.
• Safely transport and document raw materials and finished goods through the plant.
• Some outdoor work may be required.
• Complete other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain neat, orderly and clean working environment.
• Follow all policies and procedures for product movement.
