Job summary

Urban Farmer is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator / Backup CDL Driver for a 3rd shift role in our warehouse and logistics team. You will operate forklifts for material handling, support shipping/receiving, and backstop CDL driving as needed to cover vacations or absences.

The ideal candidate has forklift experience, a valid CDL license, and strong safety awareness. Flexible to assist across shifts and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Valid CDL license required.
• Prior warehouse or food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Load/unload shipments and move materials across the warehouse.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Support DOT-compliant driving when coverage is needed.
