Job summary

A Distribution Center is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 3rd shift (7pm–7am). Responsibilities include receiving goods, loading/unloading, inventory control, and operating a forklift to move items safely within the warehouse. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and forklift certification or the ability to obtain it.

Extended hours and holiday work may be required. Prior warehouse experience and attention to safety are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Prefer previous experience in a warehouse handling inventory and operating industrial equipment including forklift, pallet jack, or other powered industrial trucks.
• Requires Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within a given period)

Responsibilities

• Receive material deliveries and verify against orders.
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely to move and store goods.
• Count and verify delivery accuracy; inspect for damage.
• Store material via pallet put-away and maintain inventory records.
• Maintain daily communication with leadership and follow assignments.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements.
