Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License/certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment; be punctual with good attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule across various shifts; attention to detail with follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Accurately pick/pack, audit, tote induction, staging, and load/unload of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production.
• Adhere to contract performance guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
