Job summary

Aerotek in Inwood, WV is hiring forklift operators for a long-term, on-site role with a stable schedule and competitive pay. You will operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting production and shipping teams.

This is a contract-to-hire position with a 2-2-3 schedule, nights 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, and benefits available. A safety-driven environment and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, and/or reach forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and production supplies to designated locations.
• Replenish production lines and warehouse stock as needed.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and safety checks.
• Follow all OSHA, company safety, and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
