Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Manager, Quality Systems Compliance to lead supplier quality, food safety, and quality initiatives across HelloFresh and Factor fulfillment centers. You will drive a robust quality system program, map processes, and push continuous improvements to ensure high standards for safety and product quality.

Lead the development of KPIs, COA and GMP compliance, collaborate with Procurement and Operations, and support inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Vendor Management or Food Manufacturing.
• 2+ years of specification management, document control, root cause and corrective action.
• Well-versed in quality systems, food safety regulations, HACCP, SQF, GMPs.
• Quality or Ingredient Certification knowledge a plus (BRC, SQF, AIB, Organic etc.).
• Advanced use of Google apps (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.), and Tableau.
• In-depth knowledge of TraceGains or similar quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation and maintenance of Supplier Quality Management Systems including policies and supplier onboarding.
• Develop and monitor supplier food safety and quality KPIs and report trends to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement across 8 distribution centers to standardize practices and identify automation opportunities.
• Partner with Procurement, Operations and other departments to embed food safety and quality requirements.
• Support customer and regulatory inspections.
• Cultivate a customer-centric culture focused on premium quality and service.
