Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is hiring for a Floor Technician at the Children’s Hospital of Colorado, Highlands Ranch, CO. The role covers floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment with a night schedule from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, Monday to Friday.

Requires prior floor care technician experience; 3+ years preferred. The position pays $19.00–$21.50 per hour. Perks include weekends off and full-time benefits as described by the company.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care technician experience is required.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning and spray buffing.
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Uses automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Performs carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing and extraction.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
