Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Floor Technician at Children’s Hospital Colorado in Aurora, CO. The role covers floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Schedule is 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, or 11:00 pm - 7:30 am; days may vary. 4+ years of floor care & trash maintenance experience preferred; please upload your resume showing prior work in similar roles with the application.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and proper procedures.
• Operates industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Performs carpet and upholstery care, including shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Performs maintenance and restoration for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
