Job summary

Crothall Healthcare in Houston, TX is seeking a Floor Technician for a full-time, evening shift at Texas Children's Hospital West Campus. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 1:30 am. Responsibilities include floor maintenance, restoration, and operating industrial floor care equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floor maintenance and procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning and buffing.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing and extraction.
• Carry out maintenance and restoration for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
