Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Floor Technician for the 3rd shift to perform custodial duties across facilities in Burbank, CA. The role emphasizes cleaning, floor care, dusting, and restroom upkeep with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate can follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and maintain attention to detail while delivering high-quality service to building occupants and managers.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors, and other surfaces (inside buildings).
• Use floor buffers and shampoo machines with attachments.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Spot clean daily and shampoo rugs when directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Wash windowsills, interior glass, and doors.
• Restock bathrooms and maintain supplies daily.
• Report defects such as clogged urinals or lights out to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of building trash daily; replace liners.
• Sweep or shovel snow from entrances as directed.
• Perform periodic high dusting and wall washing.
