Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Full Time Cleaner for the 3rd Shift (11:00pm to 6:30am, Sunday to Thursday) in Storrs, CT. The role involves performing a variety of custodial duties under supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor, following established standards and procedures.

Responsibilities include floor care, surface cleaning, restroom stocking, trash collection, and reporting any maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities; no prior experience required.
• Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Dust furniture and fixtures; high dusting as needed.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Collect and dispose of trash; replace liners.
• Report defects (lights, urinals) to supervisors.
• Assist with snow removal around entrances.
