CBM Systems L.L.C. is seeking a Night Floor Technician in the Beaverton area to maintain clean facilities at client sites throughout Portland, Beaverton, and Hillsboro.

The role is full-time and permanent, with a shift from about 5pm to 1:30am, Saturday through Wednesday with potential schedule variations based on operational needs. Compensation is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, and the company notes room for growth within the Marsden family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to speak or understand English.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
• Non-slip shoes required during operational hours.
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to get to sites.
• Minimum 6 months of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stripping and waxing hard floors.
• Cleaning carpets using floor care equipment.
• Maintaining medical grade facility floors.
• Executing special projects.
