Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership throughout the facility during the night shift.
• Serve as a resource and support for nursing staff across assigned units.
• Monitor resident care and respond to changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist nurses with clinical concerns, assessments, and appropriate interventions.
• Ensure physician orders, care plans, and facility policies are followed.
• Promote compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff.
• Perform other supervisory and nursing duties as assigned.
