Job summary

St. Mark's Hospital is in search of a compassionate RN Float Pool for part-time night shifts. You will play a pivotal role in providing nursing care, ensuring patient safety, and improving outcomes through strong collaborative relationships.

Qualifications

• Current State of Utah Registered Nurse license or RN Compact license is required.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program is necessary.
• At least one year of medical/surgical acute care hospital experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Float Pool for times of high census or staff shortages.
• Evaluate and document patient responses to medications and treatments.
• Formulate individualized patient care plans based on assessments.
