Qualifications

• Nursing degree required: diploma, ASN or BSN; BSN within 4 years preferred.
• Requires previous RN experience.
• MA RN license, BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in the Department, including assessment, planning, intervention and education.
• Communicate with health care team members, patients and families.
• Coordinate and delegate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues.
• Update and manage patient records.
• Enter and interpret computerized data.
• Follow guidelines and policies of BMC nursing organization.
• Assist leadership in quality improvement projects.
