Job summary

Qualifications

• AAS degree from AMA approved program in Respiratory Care.
• Eligible for Certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• Current NYS Respiratory Therapy licensure.
• BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in transportation of intubated patients with emphasis on maintaining airways and providing ventilation and oxygenation.
• Assess modalities of respiratory therapy and recommend changes to improve delivery of care.
