Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in facilities or building maintenance preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general building systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver’s license if required for the position.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general).
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify safety or maintenance issues.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and repair work with vendors/contractors.
• Respond to employee service requests and resolve facility-related issues.
• Support office moves, furniture setup, and workspace reconfigurations.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with emergency preparedness activities and safety procedures.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, service requests, and vendor activities.
• Ensure facility operations comply with safety standards and company policies.
• Partner with internal teams to support operational needs and workplace projects.
