Job summary

CS Power Systems, a cutting-edge division of Canadian Solar, is seeking a Facility Supervisor (NIGHTS) to support night shift maintenance and operations at our Texas facility. The role focuses on scheduling work orders, coordinating basic maintenance, and ensuring safety and compliance with HVAC and industrial equipment expertise.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in facilities or related fields and an associate degree or technical diploma.

Qualifications

• Must have factory facility expertise with HVAC and air compressors.
• 1–2 years in facilities/maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Must have factory facility expertise with HVAC and air compressors.
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of large industrial air compressors, water chillers, and cooling towers.
• Must be able to work nights.
• Monitor facility operations, including HVAC, lighting, and building systems.
• Assist with industrial electrical systems and facility equipment.
• Support facility inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions.
• Maintain work orders and maintenance records and assist with vendor coordination and facilities-related projects.
