CS Power Systems, a division of Canadian Solar, is seeking a Facility Supervisor (NIGHTS) to oversee night shift maintenance and operations at our Texas facility. You will help schedule work orders, coordinate basic maintenance activities, and support safety and compliance programs with technicians and contractors.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in facilities or maintenance, an associate degree or technical diploma, and proven HVAC and air compressor expertise to keep our industrial systems

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in facilities or maintenance.
• Associate degree or technical diploma preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Must have factory facility expertise with HVAC and air compressors.

Position Overview:

The Facility Supervisor (NIGHTS) will support the night shit maintenance and operation of the facility to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. This entry–to–mid level role assists with scheduling work orders, coordinating basic maintenance activities, and supporting safety and compliance programs. The Facility Supervisor I works closely with technicians and contractors while receiving guidance from senior leadership and must have factory facility expertise with HVAC and air compressors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have factory facility expertise with HVAC and air compressors.
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of large industrial air compressors, water chillers, and cooling towers.
• Must be able to work nights.
• Monitor facility operations, including HVAC, lighting, and building systems.
• Assist with industrial electrical systems and facility equipment.
• Support facility inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions.
• Maintain work orders and maintenance records and assist with vendor coordination and facilities-related projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or related field.
• Education: Associate degree or technical diploma preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Must have factory facility expertise with HVAC and air compressors.

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and vendors.
• Willingness to learn and grow into increasing responsibilities.
