UG2 in Athens, GA seeks a Night Project Person to set the standard for cleanliness, organization, and execution of custodial projects. This role is essential to creating a welcoming, polished environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

The position oversees night operations, coordinates a cleaning team, supports meetings and events, and maintains an elevated appearance of the showcase space. A customer-service mindset and attention to detail are required.

Formación

• Clear communication in English with customers, colleagues, and leadership.
• Previous janitorial, hospitality, or facilities support experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high standards.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

Responsabilidades

• Manages night operations, ensures the project stays on schedule and budget, coordinates team members, and communicates with stakeholders.
• Meeting & Event Support
• Clean and reset meeting rooms and event spaces before and after use
• Respond quickly to turnover needs during events or back-to-back meetings
• Ensure spaces are tidy, welcoming, and ready for the next use
• Experience Center Support
• Maintain an elevated standard of appearance consistent with a showcase environment
• Act as a visible steward of cleanliness and professionalism within the space
• Communicate any maintenance concerns or supply needs to management
