UG2 is seeking a Janitorial Night Supervisor to coordinate and oversee janitorial operations campus-wide, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.

The role includes staff recruitment, scheduling, and training, with potential night, weekend, and holiday hours, reporting to account managers. Experience managing large janitorial teams and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing a janitorial team in a large facility.
• Ability to anticipate needs, shift goals, and multitask.
• Proficiency in facility management systems.
• Experience supervising 15+ employees in janitorial teams.
• Proficiency in budget management.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to make sound decisions independently; interact with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day janitorial activities during the assigned shift.
• Plan, organize, and direct team members to satisfy students, faculty and stakeholders.
• Monitor staff performance against standards.
• Coordinate with account managers to procure and manage supplies and inventory.
• Inspect lecture halls, event spaces, and campus facilities before/after events.
• Maintain the janitorial department budget.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety and conduct.
• Apply OSHA and safety standards within the department.
• Establish and maintain the department work schedule.
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of janitorial equipment.
• Ensure all work aligns with UG2 SOPs and work instructions.
