Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day janitorial activities during the assigned shift.
• Plan, organize, and direct team members to ensure optimal satisfaction of students, faculty, and stakeholders.
• Monitor janitorial staff and ensure performance meets established standards.
• Coordinate with account managers to procure, restock, and manage janitorial supplies and inventory.
• Conduct inspections of lecture halls, event spaces, and campus facilities before and after events.
• Maintain the budget for the janitorial department.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
• Establish and maintain work schedules for the department.
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of all janitorial equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with UG2 SOPs and work instructions.
